2. Intellectual Property Rights

All content provided in any RED-BOX™ edition is the sole property of Power Doctors™ and is protected under copyright and intellectual property laws. This includes, but is not limited to:

  Prohibited Actions Include:

• Reproducing, scanning, printing, or sharing any content in whole or in part without prior written consent.

• Modifying, selling, or distributing any RED-BOX™ materials for commercial purposes.

• Taking photographs of the materials to share online or offline.

• Transferring materials to others without authorization.

RED-BOX™ is intended exclusively for dentists. Power Doctors™ reserves the right to request identifying documentation to verify eligibility, such as government-issued IDs and/or dental university degrees. Failure to provide requested documentation may result in immediate cancellation of the order without a refund. Rest assured, any documents provided will remain confidential and will not be shared with third parties in anyway.

3. Non-Returnable and Non-Refundable Policy

All RED-BOX™ editions are sold as final sale items and are non-returnable, non-refundable, and non-cancellable due to the customization involved. Each order includes a personalized RED-BOX™ embroidered with the buyer’s information. This policy exists to maintain the integrity of our immediate order processing system, which guarantees timely delivery and prevents alterations once an order is placed. The buyer assumes full responsibility for verifying the order details prior to purchase.

4. Use of Content

5. Shipping Policy

Power Doctors™ provides free shipping on all RED-BOX™ editions, with delivery timelines ranging between 3 to 12 business days, depending on the buyer's location. While we strive to meet these delivery timelines, delays may occasionally occur due to factors beyond our control, such as shipping carrier issues or unforeseen circumstances.

All orders are carefully packed to ensure the safe arrival of the RED-BOX™ in pristine condition. Buyers are advised to inspect the package upon delivery and report any damages or missing items within 24 hours. Power Doctors™ is not responsible for delays caused by incorrect shipping information provided by the buyer.

6. Limitation of Liability
Power Doctors™ and its affiliates shall not be held liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from the use of RED-BOX™ products. This includes, but is not limited to:

• Any harm, including but not limited to severe injury or death, arising from misuse or failure to follow appropriate handling guidelines.

RED-BOX™ materials are designed exclusively for use by licensed adults with professional or academic purposes related to dentistry. Power Doctors™ retains the right to update or alter the content of any RED-BOX™ Edition without prior notice to previous buyers. Individuals or entities engaging in defamatory, deceptive, or malicious actions against Power Doctors™ or its RED-BOX™ products will be held accountable under all applicable laws, both domestic and international.

By purchasing or using RED-BOX™ products, all users agree to refrain from activities that may harm the reputation or brand integrity of Power Doctors™. Any breach of this clause will be treated as a violation of these terms and may result in termination of access to RED-BOX™ products or services, alongside applicable legal action.
